Big Start to the Year for BDS Student Cougar

It’s been a wonderfully successful year for BDS Student, Cougar! Cougar continues to push forward as he was recently cast as a dope smoking frat boy in the feature film, ‘Magnimity’ by EFillF Productions to be filmed this summer. He just finished working on EFillF Productions' Your Own Medicine Music Video shoot where he played the lead role of a man facing the boredom of everyday life. He is also gearing up for a villainous lead role in the haunting and eerie, ‘Dead Girls’, a short film by Under Fire Studios. It is one of three short films to be a part of The Dead Speak Tales Anthology. Cougar continues to add short films to his resume this February and March. He was also cast as a diabolical and intelligent creature in the fantastical horror short, Match Girl in a Darkened House. He will also be playing the lead role in Cracks, a film about a man either losing his mind or finding out a scary truth. He also worked with Tipping Point Solutions again on a new pitch short film Culture Matters. [caption id="attachment_924" align="alignleft" width="271"]

He was also cast as the lead role in a short film by the award winning team of Benjamin Dunn and John McSween, Peak of Terror. Their script won financing for a competition to be entered into the Stanley Hotel's Stanley Dean Cup competition! The script is under wraps but will involve a lot of amazing special creature effects!
Cougar is currently researching a role he was recently cast in that is not only very personal and intimate but will also be the biggest stretch of his acting career to date. He will be playing the lead role of a victim of a school shooting being interviewed years later in the short film by the award-winning director Zach Eastman, “The Boy Who Stares.” It is a poignant, respectful and honoring look at what healing means.
If that’s not enough, Cougar also shot a local commercial for Xcel Energy that is currently being shown on ESPN and HGTV in local markets around Colorado, as well as acted in the short film, ‘Her’, a character study piece surrounding an abusive relationship.
Add all that acting talent to some great looks, we couldn’t be more pleased to announce that he has been hired for a James Dean photo shoot for a special and secret project.
